Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
We also offer Remote Support for remote diagnostics and remote manipulation of your computer. These services are premium services to our paying customers and can be either purchased as a Package, or an Annual Subscription. We offer huge savings on pre-purchased package deals.
